Pink Pepper & Flaked Salt Rub

Getting primal with pestle and mortar; this is truly the most versatile salt/rub/dukkah/seasoning.
Level: Elbow grease / easy
Preptime: 10 minutes
Method:
Mull in a pestle and mortar. Add salt flakes at the end to avoid these getting ground too fine. Store in an airtight container away from direct sunlight for up to three months.

- pink pepper corns
- ground black pepper
- mustard seeds
- cumin seeds
- garlic flakes
- chilli flakes
- celery salt or natural season stock powder.
- Maldon salt flakes
