Welcome to LCVHeats - a reincarnated and restructured younger sibling of Food for Florence. Food for Florence was my first venture into food and lifestyle blogging. It was a means to document a transitional time in my life, when I moved to Cape Town with my then partner. So much has changed since then, I have moved out of the old house whose haunting patron was Florence (hence Food for Florence) and out of South Africa. New beginnings, new blogs. This is my take on the food that I know in a new context, new challenges, same hunger for all things tasty and beautiful.
